NEON HANGER

PROCESS







I started by sketching a hanger template and outlining its curves with a marker. Next, I activated the propane machine and practiced the desired curvatures using one glass tube at a time. I created three distinct tube forms and assembled them like puzzle pieces to achieve the hanger shape. After infusing neon into the tubes, I welded these pieces together, exposing the electrical wires. The last step involved using a cable to connect it directly to the sign, allowing the neon to be visible.
